  • Last week, a woman exiting the WashU Car Wash off Civic Center Drive in Niles, Illinois, accelerated while exiting, went over a curb, struck three parked vehicles, then hit a moving vehicle. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

  • The Waynesboro (Virginia) City Council recently voted unanimously to table a change in a city ordinance affecting the building of car washes. No residents spoke for or against the proposal during a public hearing last month.

  • Plans have been submitted for the construction of a new Quick Quack Car Wash location in Folsom, California. The site is currently under review by city officials.
