Spotless Brands completes major acquisitions in expansion move

Despite indications of slowing growth in the car wash industry, Spotless Brands continues to defy the trend with its latest expansion.

The company recently announced the acquisition of Bluebird Express Car Wash and Epic Shine Car Wash, adding 15 operating locations to its portfolio. This acquisition represents Spotless Brands’ first foray into the Pacific Northwest, with new locations in Idaho and Oregon.

The transaction marks the largest add-on acquisition in the car wash sector since 2022 and ranks 16th on Car Wash Advisory’s list of the biggest industry acquisition deals.

While the financial terms remain undisclosed, this milestone reinforces Spotless Brands’ status as a dominant player in the car wash market.
