👉Help kids get a 'kick' this spring at ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers
ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers is partnering with Cradles to Crayons in its annual “Clean for Kicks” campaign to provide footwear to local children in need. The Massachusetts-based car wash company has supported Cradle to Crayons’ “Spring Greening” initiative for eight years. The campaign promotes keeping gently used children’s clothing essentials out of landfills by providing them to children experiencing clothing insecurity. Read more here.
👉BrandXR and Glaze Car Wash launch Atlanta-themed 3D AR mural experience
Glaze Car Wash is taking the “car wash experience” to a whole new level with a partnership with BrandXR, a leader in augmented reality (AR) experiences. 👉Canadian Carwash Association celebrates 65 years helping members ‘stay ahead’
Much has changed with the Canadian Carwash Association since its inception – its name, its scope and its activities – but 65 years has not changed its fundamental mission. The CCA, which was chartered in 1960 as the Automatic Car Wash Association of Ontario, set the stage for the industry’s professional development and networking with the first Canadian Automatic Car Wash Trade Seminar in 1963 and hasn’t looked back. 👉In response to tariffs, Triumph Car Wash Parts opens first U.S. distribution center
Triumph Car Wash Parts has followed through on its commitment to help its customers traverse the volatile U.S.-Canada tariff situation with the opening of its first distribution center in the United States. In January, around the time of the inauguration of U.S. president Donald Trump, the company based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, said it was preparing for the possibility of Trump’s tariff increases and their potential effect on the cost of imported car wash parts and materials. 👉Case Study: Despite ZIPS bankruptcy, car wash industry remains robust
A recent case study published by FOCUS Investment Banking takes an analytical dive into the factors behind the recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy by ZIPS Car Wash and provides solid reasons why the industry should not panic. ZIPS was the fifth-largest express car wash operator in the United States when it announced it had voluntarily entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy in early February. Read more here.
