👉GO Car Wash plans special ‘thank you’ to healthcare and medical professionals

GO Car Wash held a special ‘thank you’ to a group of “community heroes” later this month. All day on Friday (March 28), GO Car Wash offered a free “GO Big!” car wash to any healthcare and medical professionals at any of its participating locations across nine states – California, New York, Virginia, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas, Nevada and Oregon. 👉Federal Appeals Court upholds car wash patent verdict against Wash World but pares back award

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued an opinion this week preserving a district court’s patent infringement verdict against Wash World Inc. but did trim the amount of damages awarded by the jury. The case Belanger Inc. v. Wash World Inc. (No. 23-1841) dates to 2018 when Belanger sent Wash World a cease-and-desist letter alleging that its “Razor EDGE” car wash system infringed its patent (U.S. Patent No. 8,602,041), which related to automated car wash systems equipped with illuminated spray arms. 👉Whistle Express plans to transform 'National Car Wash Day' into a weekend

Whistle Express Car Wash is planning to turn Friday’s National Car Wash Day into a weekend celebration for its customers. To kick off the celebration, Whistle Express, in partnership with National Carwash Solutions, will donate $10,000 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals on Friday to continue its ongoing commitment to the local communities it serves.
